Who are we and what we do
arada provides services in the areas of engineering, civil engineering, urban planning and construction, the drafting and supervision of projects, assisting the work management team and our clients in technical and legal matters.
arada was established in 2002 as a business comprised of a group of engineers that brought together over ten years of cumulative professional experience.
We are fully accredited and certified, adhering to environmental requirements (ISO 14001) and procedural quality (ISO 9001) appropriate to our roles in technical assistance, engineering and project development. We also belong to a small number of companies within the Autonomous Community of Murcia that operate under an Environmental Management System in accordance with Regulation EC 1221/2009 EMAS.
On June 2, 2010, we received an award for sustainable environmental management from the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
Our services are also accredited to the highest occupational health and safety standards, fulfilling the requirements of OHSAS 18001: 2007, and Arada also has in place a road traffic safety and sustainable mobility plan.
We follow the model of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) management. We also practise equality in the work place, as established in the legislative acts of 3/2007 and 7/2007, defined by the Department of Social Services and Equality within the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality who have awarded us with a distinction in equality in the workplace (DIE network).
arada’s permanent technical personnel is currently comprised of fifteen people: three agricultural engineers, two civil engineers, two industrial engineers, two quantity surveyors, a mining engineer, a technical agricultural engineer, a technical industrial engineer and three draughtsmen. Periodically, other specialists are contracted for specific projects and services. It should be noted that members of this team have more than 20 year experience developing and managing projects, in various fields of engineering.
Although the majority of our work is based nationally, for some time we have also been embarking on commercial expansion in North America and West Africa.
