Arada Ingeniería S.L., through its Equality Department, is launching the 1st “Equalizer” Photography Contest to celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, with the aim of promoting equal opportunities and eliminating gender prejudices and stereotypes.
The theme for the competition will be to capture through photography everyday situations that we often encounter on the street or in public places and that usually go unnoticed because they are natural, but which, when observed more closely, often reflect clearly differentiated masculine or feminine roles.
