A few days ago, the boost to Lorca's industrial sector made headlines in local and regional media. This refers to the expansion and modernization of the facilities of three leading companies located in the Saprelorca industrial park.

One of them, Alinatur Petfood, one of the most important companies in the production of pet food, with a maximum production capacity of 120,000 tons/year, will invest 4 million euros to boost its current facilities from which they serve orders from 35 countries.

From its beginnings in 2008 until now, and with a view to future expansion, Alinatur has relied on the advice of arada ingeniería in basic and detailed design and engineering for the installation and commissioning of their facilities, from the perspective of production optimization and logistics, without ever neglecting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility. Among other things, complex medium- and low-voltage installations, fire protection systems, explosion protection documentation, etc., have been designed for commissioning and administrative authorization at all levels. This expansion process as a whole will double the packaging and shipping area, as well as the storage and production support area.
