Coordination of Business Activities in the major maintenance shutdown of the Holcim cement factory in Carboneras, in which more than 30 companies participated and in which Arada had five technicians.

The work of the plowing technicians consisted of reviewing documentation related to coordination, companies and workers, and verifying construction documentation (checklists, permits, procedures, etc.); managing interference between work of different contractors; continuous presence during risky maneuvers, verifying compliance with procedures; detecting, correcting and reporting deviations, carrying out technical stops for non-compliance when necessary; daily communication with preventive resources of the contractors; holding meetings; preparing daily and final reports.
