Detached house with landscaped grounds and swimming pool. The building's unique characteristics—its proximity to the maritime-terrestrial boundary, the influence of the water table, and site conditions—determined the construction procedures, especially the foundation. Other noteworthy aspects of the project, besides those typical of this type of building, included the exterior cladding using large-format Krion® panels.
